The Palazzina delle Arti, named after Lucio Roberto Rosaia, mayor of La Spezia from 1993 to 1997, from the Office of Hygiene became home to temporary exhibitions, the Seal Museum as well as the Special Library of Art and Archeology, after the restructuring of the project called "cultural path of the historic center".

The exhibitions that take place in the Palazzina delle Arti are mainly focused to the local history and regional art and to the great masters of painting and photography.
